The Blessings of God’s Word

Verse of the Day: “This Book of the Law shall not depart from your mouth… for then you will make your way prosperous, and then you will have success.” (Joshua 1:8)

Meditation: Success is a happy result, a favor, an audience granted. Naturally, humans love glory and acclaim, and some are willing to do anything to reach the top. However, the Lord simply recommends reading, meditating on, and practicing His word to have success in all things.

Reading and meditating on the Bible is filled with happiness and blessings in various aspects of life:

• Spiritual
• Social
• Economic
• Intellectual
• Psychological
• Health
• Professional
• And more…

Meditating on the Bible gives us success in all our endeavors. As the psalmist says in Psalm 1, those who delight in the law of the Lord and meditate on it day and night will be like a tree planted by streams of water, yielding fruit in its season. In other words, meditating on the Bible gives life.
