The Community of Believers

Verse of the Day: Hebrews 10:25 “Let us not give up meeting together, as some are in the habit of doing, but let us encourage one another—and all the more as you see the Day approaching.”

Reflection: The Christian life is meant to be lived in a community. Woe to the one who is alone. Together, we strengthen and encourage each other. Let us strive to be active members of our faith community, supporting and encouraging our brothers and sisters while we watch over one another.

Prayer: Lord, thank You for the community of believers. Thank You for my church, my pastor, etc. Help me to be an active and caring member and a source of blessing to each of them by supporting and encouraging others in their walk with You. Amen.
